Working on media solutions with responsibility
In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational development of LOGIC's service contract business. You will play a central role in establishing a new managed services division and will continue to develop service structures, processes, and offerings in a sustainable manner.
Your tasks
Furtherdevelopment of the service portfolio
- Strategic and operational management of the existing service contract business
- Further development of maintenance contracts into structured, proactive service models
- Introduction and maintenance of differentiated service level models with clear SLAs
- Analysis, renegotiation, and optimization of existing contracts
Development of managed services
- Design and introduction of new managed service offerings
- Development of new service products in the field of broadcast and media infrastructures
- Establishment and maintenance of strategic partnerships, including in the cloud environment
- Piloting of new services with selected customers and gradual scaling
Digitization and service processes
- Introduction and further development of a PSA platform
- Establishment of remote monitoring and management structures
- Establishment of data-based service processes and key performance indicators
- Participation in self-service and automation concepts
Leadership and organization
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of the customer success team
- Further development of roles, competencies, and service structures
- Development of additional skills for expanded service and operating models
What you should bring
- Several years of experience in service management, ideally in a technology-oriented B2B environment
- Experience in the further development and economic management of service portfolios
- Practical experience in contract drafting, SLA definition, and contract negotiations
- Knowledge of common service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
- Experience with service platforms and PSA tools
- Basic understanding of broadcast or media technology workflows is an advantage
- Experience with cloud and managed service models is desirable
- Structured approach to work, entrepreneurial thinking, and leadership experience
- Good German and English skills
