LOGIC media solutions with new Hallo Hybrid! event at WDR in Cologne on 27th June

The Hallo Hybrid! event series, hosted by LOGIC media solutions and AWS, is commencing a new chapter. On the 27th of June, LOGIC, a certified reseller and consulting company for Amazon Web Services, will shed light on hybrid media workflows on the AWS platform. This one-day event, held in the NATO Hall of German public broadcaster's WDR Funkhaus, will encompass comprehensive discussions on all relevant aspects of AWS, elucidating how cloud and SDN infrastructures can be effectively employed for media workflows. With contributions from AWS and numerous other partner companies, the program will explore every facet of the subject matter.

The diverse program will approach the topic from various perspectives. Distinguished professionals from AWS, among others, will explain the latest developments on the Amazon Web Services Platform. Together with LOGIC, these experts will examine the news and possibilities offered by the AWS platform and how it can be harnessed to develop innovative workflows. Given their close proximity to the challenges faced by broadcasting entities, the focus will be on concrete use cases and solutions for the requirements of day-to-day live operations.

The contributions will serve as a wellspring of inspiration for almost every conceivable use case, catering to broadcasters, production houses, and even publishers who have ventured into the realm of moving image offerings in recent years. To facilitate the realization of these "hybrid media workflows," select partner companies of LOGIC will showcase exemplary products and solutions that can be seamlessly integrated into the AWS Cloud. Participating companies include Vizrt, CuttingRoom, Ross Video, TAG, Broadpeak, DeepVA, Skyline Communications with Dataminer, and Amagi. By leveraging their combined solutions, users can establish a comprehensive production and value chain on the AWS platform.

A particular highlight of the event will be the keynote address by Tim Banks, Chief Revenue Officer of Grass Valley, who will illustrate the challenges of digital transformation within the Grass Valley organization.

Naturally, ample opportunities for networking and one-on-one exchanges will be available before, during, and after the event. To augment this aspect, a networking event featuring refreshing beverages will take place the evening prior to the main event at a laid-back venue in Cologne. Participants will receive further details in due course.
