The LMTZ in Mainz is fully equipped and offers space for up to eight participants. A special feature is that some of the courses can be booked directly through the ARD/ZDF Media Academy, which distinguishes them as official training courses with all the benefits. These courses can be held on site in Mainz or at the customer's premises as an in-house event in person, as a webinar or traditionally at the ARD/ZDF Media Academy in Nürnberg.

In the HDR workshop with Dr.-Ing. Lucien Lenzen, participants will first learn the basics of UHDTV, human perception, transfer functions, and HDR workflows in broadcasting. This will be followed by a practical demonstration with mapping variants, round trips between SDR and HDR, AI-supported upconversion, and the operation of greenMachine and editing plug-ins.
