KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (M/F/D)
Purpose of the position: The Key Account Manager & Business Development is largely responsible for the strategic support and further development of the most important customers. They identify and realize new business opportunities and actively contribute to positioning the company in the market and driving growth.
YOUR TASKS
Key Account Management:
-
Long-term development and maintenance of trusting relationships with existing key accounts.

Responsibility for sales development and the budget of the customers served.

Analysis of customer needs and development of customized solutions to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Negotiation of contracts and conditions and ensuring successful implementation.

Proactive identification of cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Business Development:

Identify and acquire new business opportunities in existing and new markets.

Develop and implement growth strategies and business development plans.

Monitor the market and analyze trends, competitors and new business opportunities.

Work closely with marketing, product development and other departments to create innovative offerings.
Reporting and Analysis:

Regularly preparing reports and analyses on business development and performance.

Monitoring KPIs and deriving measures to optimize business relationships and revenue.

YOUR QUALIFICATION

Degree in media, economics, business administration or comparable training.

Several years of experience in key account management and business development, ideally in the media industry.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Target-oriented, structured way of working with a high sense of responsibility.

Ability to work in a team and across departments.

Good written and spoken English & German skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
