As Head of Service Contracts, you play a pivotal role in our corporate development. You will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of our service contract portfolio while driving the creation of a new Managed Services division.

This newly created role reports directly to the VP Operations and is part of the extended leadership team. You will have a decisive influence on LOGIC’s service strategy and position the company as a premium service partner within the broadcast industry.

YOUR TASKS

Transforming the Service Portfolio

  • Strategically develop our existing service contract business with a strong focus on profitability and customer satisfaction

  • Transition reactive maintenance contracts into proactive, value-oriented service models

  • Introduce a structured service-level architecture (Basic / Standard / Premium) with differentiated SLAs

  • Renegotiate and optimize existing contracts to ensure sustainable margin improvements
     

Building Managed Services – Your Innovation Project

  • Design and launch a completely new Managed Services offering starting in 2026

  • Develop innovative service products such as Broadcast Infrastructure as a Service and Remote Production Management

  • Establish strategic partnerships including AWS Managed Service Provider certification

  • Pilot the new services with selected key accounts and expand step by step
     

Digitalization and Automation

  • Implement a Professional Service Automation (PSA) platform based on Odoo

  • Develop Remote Monitoring and Management capabilities

  • Establish data-driven service processes and KPI dashboards

  • Create self-service portals for customers
     

Team Leadership and Organizational Development

  • Lead and develop a five-member Customer Success Team

  • Guide the team toward Service Excellence

  • Build additional competencies for 24/7 operations and Managed Services

  • Foster a service-oriented company culture

YOUR PROFILE

Professional Experience

  • At least five years of experience in Service Management, ideally in a B2B technology environment

  • Proven success in increasing the profitability of service portfolios

  • Experience in building new business units or service lines

  • Strong background in complex contract negotiations and SLA design
     

Expertise

  • Solid understanding of Service Management Frameworks such as ITIL v4

  • Experience with Professional Service Automation tools and service platforms

  • Knowledge of broadcast and media technologies and IP-based workflows is an advantage

  • Cloud expertise, ideally with AWS

  • Familiarity with Managed Services business models
