EMPLOYEE FOR ORDER PROCESSING & ACCOUNTING (20 HOURS/WEEK)
YOUR TASKS
Order processing & ordering:
-
Processing and managing customer orders
-
Communicating with suppliers and processing orders
-
Incoming goods control, quality control and shipping (including customs clearance)
-
Maintaining master data and documentation
Accounting & controlling:
-
Support in accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and invoice verification
-
Monitoring of open items and dunning process
-
Maintenance and monitoring of cost centers
-
Support with budgeting and cost control
Office management & administrative tasks:
-
General office organization (office supplies, consumables, coordination of external service providers)
-
Document management
-
Creation and documentation of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure efficient processes

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
-
Experience in order processing, accounting or controlling is an advantage
-
Confident handling of digital tools (Office 35 and Adobe Acrobat) and ERP systems (Odoo)
-
Good written and spoken English skills for international communication
